Platform lifts for exteriors (Home Lift)
When it is impossible to install a platform inside a building due to space issues, the solution is to install a platform on the exterior walls of the building itself. This type lift is often made with aesthetic solutions that are especially appealing, starting from glass windows: sometimes the choice of an exterior platform is based precisely on its architectural appearance.
Technically they are systems that run inside metallic enclosures made with laser cutting machines and varnished with epoxy powders, with curtain walling in sheet metal (blind or insulated), and the aforementioned sheets of glass (clear or tinted).
The proportion of the dimensions of both the system and the enclosure can be calculated based on the customer's space available or by following the regulations regarding architectural barriers; therefore the majority of these are made to order, also following the client's aesthetic demands. The enclosures are provided complete with their structural analysis. It is also possible to match these systems with a loading runway in order to enhance access to floors that are not exactly usable.
