Made to order elevators

"Made to order" means lifts that are made where it is not possible to directly install systems which are within regulated limits or where there are specific needs like limited space, structural limitations, particular loads, or other issues.
Rerman designs and makes systems to order designed exclusively for every customer, according various needs, optimizing all available space.

In most houses the concept of a "made to order lift" coincides with a "minilift", in fact, more often than not, problems arise from the lack of usable spaced for installing a "normal" lift. In these cases a small lift must be installed (even these can vary depending on the house), which must also offer satisfactory service.
As such, it is a system that can be paired with every kind of cab, like every type of conventional, panoramic or made to order lift.

When a building has construction issues linked to a lack of space or, in particular, structural or law limitations, it is possible to install special systems respecting current laws on this subject, but without superior overrun (overhead) and/or inferior overrun (pit).

These lifts are proportioned singly starting from the estimate phase: in fact, being unique pieces, from the outset it is necessary to analyse and verify all the issues connected to every single system, to assure that we provide a system that is capable of satisfying the customer's requirements, yet always in full respect of the law.
