Exterior elevators
For buildings where the installation of a lift is impossible because of the lack of space, the solution is a lift which is installed on the exterior walls of the building itself. This type of lift is often installed with strongly appealing solutions, starting from glass windows typical of the panoramic lift: sometimes the choice of an exterior lift is based precisely on its architectural appearance.
Technically they are systems that run inside metallic enclosures made with laser cutting machines and varnished with epoxy powders, with curtain walling in sheet metal (blind or insulated), and the aforementioned sheets of glass (clear or tinted).
The proportion of the dimensions for both the system and the enclosure can be calculated based on the customer's available space or by following the regulations regarding architectural barriers; therefore the majority of these are made to order, also following the client's aesthetic demands.
The enclosures are provided complete with their structural analysis. It is also possible to match these systems with a loading runway in order to enhance access to floors that are not exactly usable.
